Sleep better... Walk while you work!
Do you have trouble getting a good night's sleep? Do you have that tired feeling when you wake up? Many of us do... This can be due to diet, stress, physical inactivity. And this is where walking comes in. It can be paradoxical, but its benefits influence the quality of sleep. The release of hormones when you walk allows you to reduce stress, to have this feeling of calmness and thus sleep better. You don't have time to walk? Walking in the office is for you. You will save time without making an effort. We spend 1/3 of our life sleeping, so we might as well optimize its quality!
